Time
There might be reasons to avoid counting the days........
But the harsh truth is that time would flow at its usual pace irrespective of what anyone wants........
All that is in our hands is to make the most of these few moments.......
let no time constraint conquer the thrill and emotions associated with these few days.
Through the dusty winds that flows by,
my eyes can see your sight that closes by.
May be its cold to be more cozy,
i can stare throughtout as if i m crazy.
Is it something that i have always dream.
Outside it looks like heavily pouring,
but drops from my eyes seems enough promising.
In the midst of scorching sun,
sight of my eyes goes drowning numb.

Throughout journey i never closed my eye,
For thought of missing your sight going by,
It has to end somewhere more quickly,
Uptill now my eyes keep staring profusly.
Someday eyes will shut with everyone mocking,
Still your sight deep down will be live and kicking.

Madras University as we all know is an age old university (WITH A LOT OF MISCONCEPTION OF BEING PRESTIGIOUS AND ONE OF THE BEST WITH RESPECT TO ACADEMICS). OK…………. time-honored but but but but...................... no university is perfect in all its activities. So when I started my career of being a postgraduate under the benevolence of this university, I initially got the feeling of pride and superiority (THE KIND WHICH THE AUSTRALIAN TEAM HAS). But like a bolt from the blue the university failed to hold on to its celebrity status.
